How do we know when to sign up 💯?

I have mixed feelings about this. Being from Louisiana, I support any growth and development coming to the state. However, I can't help but be confused why 50 Cent from out of state is so welcome, but Master P, who is Louisiana born and raised was basically ran out of Baton Rouge when he tried to do the same thing. G Unit studios is ok, but No Limit studios was not. 🤔
