Hey waffle I think complementary shaders are better then bsl plus u see there were lighting glitches with bsl while you are eating your bread plus with bsl u have to place a torch to get it's lighting it won't show its light when you hold it in your off hand

For the minimap mods, the minimap doesn't need to be in the corner of your screen, you can set it up as you like (for example, link it to the compass and it only shows fullscreen).
