Has anyone use headphones over the in the ear hearing aids? Or its so go that you don't need them?
ОтветитьI have 60% loss and originally chose the Infinio 90 non Sphere model due to concerns about the size. I have now exchanged them for the Sphere as in reality there isn’t much difference. I am so pleased I did as the improved performance in speech in noise situations is amazing. Also, I can now dispense with my tv connector as I can hear as good as my wife who has great hearing!

ОтветитьHave the virto- waiting for the Infinio virto to be released. My audiologist says its not released yet
ОтветитьAny idea when Phonak will actually release the Infinio Virto? It’s not available yet in US
ОтветитьIm on a 3 month trial with Audeo Infinio Sphere, had them about a month. Had one tweak of settings with the audi. Afraid im not impressed and not sure they are worth the money. I have switched between sphere and non-sphere in restaurant and also with my old Paradise P90 and can see little difference.
Im wondering what is wrong when i read everyone elses opinions. I have moderate hearing loss with power domes.
I wear the Phonak Lumity RIC. I have an appointment next week at the VA and I am going to ask to exchange them for the Infinito Sphere. My Lumity are still in the trial period.
ОтветитьCould you advise best hearing aid for profound hearing loss?
ОтветитьCurious, is Phonak still making the Virto Infinio ITE? I ask because it use to show that particular model as coming soon however, I noticed it's not listed on their website anymore, only the other two iic models listed as coming soon

ОтветитьRIC...Infinio Sphere.
ОтветитьI had to stop the video just as Matthew was getting to the cons. But for the life of me coule not find it again. I know it is after the simulation which by the way i could understand little of with or without my hearing aids on but any clues as to where the cons are on the video much appreciated.
ОтветитьI have Single side deafness. Would I be better of with just the Sphere with it's Deepsonic chip or the inferior R Cross system?
ОтветитьI wear NHS Nadia M70-SP
ОтветитьI currently wear Oticon More 1's which are showing their age after 4+ years. The Audeo Infineo Sphere appeared to check all the boxes, notably "speech in noise", but... They cut off at 8 KHz, which, for a music lover, is a deal breaker By comparison, Intent 1 cuts off at 10 KHz - oh to still at least be aware of higher frequencies, but 10 KHz is acceptable. 8 KHz if I didn't care about music would be OK, but "music matters". I'll go with the Intents.

ОтветитьThanks for sharing such valuable information! I have a quick question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
ОтветитьDoes the infinio sphere 90 come in a cros version?
Ответитьthank you for all of your videos! brand new to HA's, trialing the spheres. i have very little room behind my ears and they are uncomfortable behind my ears. wondering about waiting for the virto infinio titanium. what would you recommend for the best smallest RIC right now? i don't want to compromise technology but unfortunately these are just too big for me. :(
ОтветитьM90-312T for nearly three years.
ОтветитьI’ve paired a pair or Phonak audeo sphere hearing aids to a Bluetooth desk phone.
Have you noticed they don’t automatically pair to a Bluetooth desk phone if you leave a room then return to your desk?
Update for veterans. The VA did get the new infino platform! But did not get the ric sphere or the rechargeable in the ear as of yet. Will likely get them in May 2025!
ОтветитьI have been using the Infinio Sphere for five weeks. I am pretty satisfied with them and find them better than the Oticon and Nexia models that I tried. I have had no problems with battery life when I wear them all day. Hearing in noisy environments is impressive. The Bluetooth is good but not perfect.I am using custom moulds.
ОтветитьHi, really informative video, thanks. Can you give me a opinion on some the best ite custom hearing aids with all the modern features please
ОтветитьI have had Ifinio Sphere rechargeable for 6 days. The left one took a crap on the battery. Started off not fully charging to 90% then drained after 5 hours for 2 days before it wouldn't take the charge. Liked the first 3 days. Hopefully get it corrected in a hurry or will move on to another brand while they work out the issues.
ОтветитьHi Matthew. is the Virto at the wave technology level as the Infinio??
ОтветитьHi Matthew - I have watched a few of your videos now and gives me a brilliant insight of the new Infinio Spheres. I have worn HAs for 20 years from the young age of 5 and exclusively only worn Phonak (both NHS and Private). I am currently using Audeo Paradise 90 with custom ear moulds due to my deafness ranging from 60db to 105db. By looking at the Infinio Sphere UP receiver - would they be sufficient for my loss, and is the upgrade worth it from Paradise to Infinio Sphere? Many thanks :)
ОтветитьMerhaba phonak sphere olanın kulak ıcını yapmadı sadece ınfınıo olanın kulak ıcısı var ılerleyen zamanda vırto ınfınıo sphere modelıde cıkacak mı
ОтветитьMy entire life I've had trouble hearing music lyrics. The background music confuses my brain and I can't single out the lead singer so I wouldn't think an aid could improve on an already faulty brain comprehension.

ОтветитьProud to work on Sonova, this is the way! Really awesome video!
ОтветитьPlz try the Audientes Ven Hearing Aid
ОтветитьMy present hearing aid is the Audeo Luminy , gratefully provided by the Veterans Hospital, from damage during the Vietnam war. I was stunned by the audio quality, which was great. Also the blue tooth quality, (Samsung S-8,streaming),and great sound. The in ear remote receiver is amazing, and sound quality is super. I listen to audio books and prophets, and music, etc.,which is also of amazing quality. While working on the house, i sometimes stream as long as 6 hours, up to 25 feet away. I get a battery warning about 8pm, but a 15 minute charge will allow me to make it to bed time. I have the waterproof version. If i accidentally get in the shower with them they are OK, and not destroyed. Yes they are bigger than some, but, at 73 years old, i value operation more than looks. My only complaint is in restaurants, high noise area's, its hard to hear, close conversations. Looks like they have now fixed this problem. I will keep my present Hearing aids until they die though. Sound quality is my primary importance. I will only get Phonak, due to this. Note: the clear, small ear canal mold, is small, and hardly noticeable.
ОтветитьThese are medical instruments, not cell phones and laptops. It's a shame that the industry has such a monolithic grip on the market.
ОтветитьI am currently wearing the i90 Spheres with custom mold in one ear (Q-tip/cotton swab damage to inner ear bones and cochlea...Pro Tip: Dont use them!)
I originally had the Resound Nexia and was struggling to hear in background noise and it had a few other issues. It was TINY! So, I was a bit worried about the size of the sphere because I am 4'10" and have small ears and wear glasses. So far, so good. People call them big, but I am a sign language interpreter who has worked with kids with hearing aids for 35 years. I have seen big. This is not big.
On day 2, I went to a loud restaurant with my family with lots of background noise and music and was able to hear the entire conversation between the 5 of us. Even my family noticed the difference in my ability to hear everything. Next test is a trip to Costco.
I will say that the custom mold from Resound was much more comfortable than the Phonak slim tip from the start. I am hoping to acclimate to the new one from Phonak. It doesn't hurt, but I feel it more, if that makes sense.
Overall, these are great so far, even with mild to moderate hearing loss on one side and normal hearing on the other and only using one hearing aid.
I don’t wear hearing aids, I had a pair around 1993 and they just increased all sound and the dog barking had this echo quality.
over the years I just put up with it but the biggest problem was background noise. I selected the Sphere and I’m picking them up next Tuesday.
I’m looking forward to visiting many cafes over the next few weeks to try them out.
I’m currently wearing Oticon CROS with the Opn S 1 (as BICROS). I’d love to upgrade and am considering the Audeo Infinio CROS or the Oticon Intent, keeping my current disposable battery CROS. I know I can get the CROS PX and Real, which use the name charger, I’d love to take advantage of the latest Oticon tech in noisy settings. Obviously, I’m torn… Appreciate all your videos.
ОтветитьI am using the Infinio Sphere and I really do like them
ОтветитьHi, I have some question regarding the Phonak Infinio Cros hearing aid. I’ve got two friends with these hearing aids. Both have connectivity issues with their iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 18.2.1). They disconnect and have trouble reconnecting several times a day. It’s really enjoying, and they both head the model from Phonak (rechargeable) who was before and had almost no issues with them. Battery Life is an issue with cros and therefore they change to these new aids. They also tried other brands, I think it was Oticon or ReSound, but cant bear the sound in noisy situations. So they keep falling back to Phonak witch is a great aid (and also the two others mansion, but it’s an individual Preference), but its just this Bluetooth and Connectivity issue which is bad. And in the work situation its almost unbearable. Its also a bad solution going back to old Phonak aids, sins the battery life is a issue.
- So, is connectivity with iPhone a known issue with Infinio Cros?
- And if so, are they working on a solution to this problem?
(I will think it is a known issue sins I have two friend with same issue)
I have had hearing aid from Phonak for more than ten years and rechargeables are not good enough for me, being out in cold environments and trying to charge them over nights in cold environments. Be aware of this. Battery operated ones are the best for me. Soon it is time to change my present ones, which I am content with.
ОтветитьI just did what ended up being a trial, the Starkey Edge AI, but discovered they do not have tap phone capabilities, and did not like the limited bluetooth choices with LE only capable. So I have ordered the Phonak, Audeo, Infinio, not sphere, The sphere is not an option for UHC Hearing insurance customers.
Ответитьreceiver in canal
ОтветитьWill my custom dome from Phonak Audeo Paradise P90 work with the Infinio Sphere? I'm scheduled for a trial in 10 days.
ОтветитьThanks for the great video. I've had Audeo P for a few years now and I depend on them for my profession. The quality and clarity using Bluetooth on both phone and Microsoft teams was a gamechanger for me. Shout out to my Audiologist Ronnie Lam From Sandgate Hearing in Brisbane Queensland.
ОтветитьI am currently wearing the Phonak Slims, however I would not choose receiver in the canals again and also would not choose to have the single button control. My issue is comfort- or lack of. Domes drove me bonkers so I got some c-shells which are a big improvement, however because I have a chronic illness I need to spend a lot of time lying down and the wire over the top of my left ear causes sore ear issues. I also wear glasses and don’t have a lot of room behind my ears so this is a big issue for me. I will often have to take one hearing aid out, but if I switch it off, the app refuses to connect to the one remaining in my ear and means I can’t adjust the volume or anything else- so it has to stay switched on. I have had them almost 2 years and while they still have warranty left I am considering changing them to custom hearing aids. I am not sure if I can put up with them for much longer.
ОтветитьI have been wearing hearing aids for about five years now. I recently changed to private ones through Specsavers. I first got the Specsavers Advance Elite ones which were based on a Signia model. They were terrible and broke 3 times in 6 weeks. I am now trialing thrir ones based on Phonak, the Lumity i think. They are quite good, but i still struggle with noisy environments. I also find that there is a fair bit of wind noise, though not as bad as the Dignia ones. I am thinking about going all out for the audeo spheres but am a bit concerned about the size, having quite small ears and wearing spectacles as well
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks. Where can I download a copy of the comparison charts that were scrolled through at about the 18 minute point of your video? Regards, Ken
ОтветитьAm I correct that if a device has a titanium casing and a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the entire device is replaced, whereas with a standard casing, only the faulty component is replaced? Is that correct?
ОтветитьWhich model is most appealing for you and why? Matthew
