Can we get to level 58 in act 3??

Hi just a question, Am I the only one that can't earn tokens? I've played 3 games and i didnt earn any tokens :((

2nd act you need to get highest points in fishing. Then you do Harpoon fishing 59

If you completed act 3 after 2 weeks, you will have 58, either because you play a lot or because you have fixed games, and most have 57 but it still says complete.

Is there also a bug if you completed all the act 1 free quests (including the temple quest) but you still have lvl 34 instead of 35?
