Pizza Tower Pacifist Challenge - John Gutter - All Toppins, All Secrets, Tower Secret Treasure

Peppino has decided that on his journey to defeat Pizzaface, he must kill as few enemies as possible. After all, he wouldn't wanna get rid of any potential customers for when this is all over. Starting off with John Gutter.

General challenges for this run that are shared throughout all levels:
- Accidentally hitting an enemy with Mach 2+
- Accidentally throwing enemies while holding them
- Gustavo/Mr. Stick killing enemies when they show you the way to the exit

Challenges for John Gutter specifically:
- Slipping on a Swedish Monkey's banana, causing you to bump into an enemy and kill them

Before you ask, Lap 2 is most likely not possible for a human to do, as you don't have enough maneuverability to avoid Pizzaface while also not killing any enemies.
