@The Cajun Ninja Man you need to try this again, Don't use corn meal, Use Keebler elf crackers, that butter cracker taste on the fried fish is awesome, Word of warning, don't get and on your head.... Your tongue will slap you silly trying to get to it.

Like I fry mine , except I mix my cornmeal and flour together and season up , shake my fish in it .. looks delicious..
