Chicago had that 17-year emergence last year, and from the start of May to the end of July, some parts of my neighborhood were so loud your ears would ring for a little from the noise. The birds were suspiciously fat too 😂😂😂

Yikes. I didn't know this happened. I thought cicadas were this mystical magical bug cuz of that thing a few years ago.
