What????? These are soooooooo soooooooo cute, but I am the only knitter I know so I will have to make it for myself, taking time away from the 7000 gifts I decided to make.🫣
ОтветитьCute idea 🥰🧶
ОтветитьI love these! Last year, I made a bunch and gave them as gifts!
It’s a wonderful 🎉 handcrafted gift
Love yours!!! Gorgeous 🧶💕
I have one a coworker gave me that has some tiny skeins and a pair of needles made from toothpicks in it with a label that says "In case of emergency, break glass". It makes me smile every time I see it.
ОтветитьThis would be even more adorable with monograms or even a tiny design or a single cable 👀
I love this so much!!!!
I made a bunch of these for the children and grandchildren with their Grandmother’s yarn after she passed away. I put a little name tag with her name inside.
ОтветитьWell, if those aren’t the cutest! I’m going to have to try this! Makes me want to join a knitting group just so I can gift them…lol
ОтветитьSo cute!! You teach the greatest things, from fun stuff to amazing tips and tricks. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьLove this, can't wait to make these. 😍
ОтветитьSo cute! Thanks for the idea!
ОтветитьAdorable!!
ОтветитьNicole!!! This is great! Many thanks!
ОтветитьOh my! How cute!
Ответить🎄
ОтветитьGreat idea. Thank you. I never start making gifts in time. I made one for myself last year. I didn't put it in a globe. Its still adorable. I used tooth picks to knit it and left the little ball hanging, its my favorite or a, ent, when my kids we young we made home made ornaments every year. They are so lovely. The meniriees are very special. I am going to make these first. Then If I have time I’ll knit at least for my grandson. Great reminder perfect timing. I already made my daughter s scarf.
ОтветитьGenius! it is near the end of October and i like to get an early start on things and these are brilliant. i am not an expert knitter but this is do able. it's just knit..nothing fancy unless you want. i bet you could do crochet too if you find a way to turn one of those picks into a hook. i know someone who did exactally that for her mini skeleton, she took a toothpick and carved him a hook, she also was knitting mini things. Thank you for the whole video.
ОтветитьI’m so grateful for this great idea! Nicole! My knitting group will be getting these this Christmas 👍
ОтветитьGreat idea! Thanks for sharing! ❤
ОтветитьVery cute! I always bring ornaments to our last weaving guild meeting which is next month. These would be great. I am going to Florida to visit my son on the 5th and I think I will bring the yarn and toothpicks with me😁.
ОтветитьIt would be easier to transfer the stitches to the toothpicks if you knit it on DPNs. Very cute idea!
ОтветитьThis is just too cute ❤
A mini cashmere dog bed ornament.....too funny 😂😂😂
Oh, my goodness! I knit my husband and kids socks this year, and I have bits left from every pair. I know what to do with them now! Thank you for this ❤
ОтветитьDarling! Thanks for the demo!
ОтветитьI love these!!! So clever!
ОтветитьGreat idea! Thx!
ОтветитьHow cute are these? Love them!
❤ Tamantha
Awesome
ОтветитьSensational gift for knitty friends! Thank you Nicole 🎄 🌟🎄🌟
ОтветитьThis is adorable. 😍Thank you so much! ❤
ОтветитьVery cute, thank you for sharing. I ordered the flat Ornaments on Amazon Germany through Amazon US without shiping costs – 33,01 €.
ОтветитьWhat a great idea thank you so much 😊
ОтветитьSo cute!
ОтветитьDo you have any ideas for those of us who celebrate Hanukkah instead of Christmas?
ОтветитьBrilliant. A suggestion for the acrylic balls, use a piece of thread to hang the knitting from the hanger so it stays right way up. 😊
ОтветитьGreat ideas!!
Ответитьbrilliant!
ОтветитьI’m inspired !!! I ordered supplies from Amazon and I’ll be creating cute gifts in a just a few days. 🎄🎄🎄
ОтветитьThose are adorable!!
ОтветитьThe hardest thing for me was rolling up the last bit to make a small ball of yarn. I don’t know why I found that so difficult. It seemed to want to unroll so I started adding dabs of fabric glue to the balls and fray check to the beginning corner. That way I just snipped the yarn instead of weaving it in. I know that’s a lazy way but it works. Of course I would never do that on a real garment but since it’s encased and won’t be handled I thought it was an ok thing to do.
ОтветитьI made one for everyone in my knitting group and am busy making more ❤
Ответитьビン手まりを詰めるより簡単ですね。
ОтветитьOver the course of a few nights I’ve made a dozen. And they’re being gifted to people who have no idea how to knit because I’m poor and everyone gets what they get 😂😂😂
ОтветитьOh Nicole I gave my knitting group the ornaments today and I can’t tell you how much they LOVED them! I have now forwarded the vid to them. Thx again for sharing this terrific project. Cate
