ОтветитьIf the government gave him $9.5million and the mine was only worth $10million why was this worth it for the DOE?!!!! I could understand paying $9.5million if the mineral rights were worth $10billion but not $10million.

ОтветитьDon’t mess with us country people. We find interesting ways to protect our property.

ОтветитьI’m so glad you won!
I wish I had that kind of support. My mom passed away in March of 2023.
I am being forced to sign the papers giving my older sister her entire estate. I can’t afford a lawyer. I have an incurable nerve disease so I get social security disability and work a part time job cleaning at a factory. Usually 2 to 2 1/2 hours 5 days a week.
I was told by my younger sister if I still refuse to sign the papers , I will be responsible for the electricity, propane, taxes and everything else. I can’t afford that. I can barely pay my own bills. So I have no choice but to sign the papers.
Even though it is still in probate, my older sister gave her daughter my mom’s Kawasaki Mule side by side. They knew I had a key to our mom’s house so they didn’t just change the locks, they changed the doors and you need a code to get in which they refuse to give me the code. I am not even allowed on the property which is 2 blocks away.
They took my mom’s big safe and lockbox which my mom put stuff of mine in. I had collectible stamps, coins and a real black pearl necklace in. Plus other things in the house.
I am now going to get new papers to sign giving everything to my older sister who plans to give all of the property to her oldest daughter who lives across the street from my mom’s house. She has a house and doesn’t need my mom’s house but will get it so she can use it as a rental house.
I will get nothing including the stuff that belongs to me.
My 2 sisters now have nothing to do with me. I am not invited or welcome at family or holiday meals. I’m completely alone except for my 2 very large house cats that never go outside and I got them the day they were born.
My older one will be 10 years old September 26th and my younger one just turned 7 May 16th.
They are my family now. They want nothing to do with people food and have prescription food from the vet due to food allergies. So for holidays I buy a cheap TV dinner.
I have 2 kids. 1 daughter and 1 son. My divorce from their father after 20 years of marriage was final on Valentine’s Day 2006. We became friends after the divorce. Sadly, on April 12 so exactly 30 days after my mom died, my daughter and 2 grandkids found him dead in his bed.
Now my kids have nothing to do with me.
My Christmas text from one of my kids said we wish you had died instead of dead. My Easter text said, sorry you’re still alive, you should do something to remedy that.
My dad passed in 2008.
So I am all alone and have no one to help me except my 2 cats. I thank God every day for blessing me with my 2 cats.
My brother in-law has a mechanic shop. My car is a 1999 Chevy Cavalier. I can’t afford the used SUV with 4 wheel drive that I want.
The last time I took my car to his shop, I always pay for the work, I was told to find a new mechanic.
Just when I think they can’t hurt me anymore, they find a new way to hurt me.
It’s nice to hear a story that ends happy.
I am watching from Florida in the United States and really enjoy all of these stories.

ОтветитьI really want to know what's in all that iced tea. They seem to drink a lot of it 😂
Ответить“Cookie-cutter homes,” when they are in an HOA, are considered to be the epitome of beauty, grace and refinement, while an old, traditional house is thought to be an eyesore? Those people have their values confused! Both beauty and
