Unfortunately, almost every neighborhood has one person who has nothing better to do than harass their neighbors. Why doesn't the old gentleman offer to take on some of the less strenuous tasks to help out his neighbor? One has to wonder if he's just obsessive about keeping up his land values, or has a bias against single mother's.
Also need to remember we don't get the whole story from both sides in these videos.

Subtitles disappeared. The pastor should too. If you feel you cannot help someone, don't call the city. Hire someone. The fines this lady had to pay should not have happened if this pastor had the gift of god. He ought to reimburse her.
