When you user test and describe a page you should also think out loud about what you see not just what you are trying to find. For example even if your task is to plan a visit once the page load talk about your initial reactions maybe what you think of the feature image on the page and how that might relate to the comment. Like the covid warnings on the top you found it distracting because red usually signifies you are doing something wrong so maybe a different color would be nice so I know something isn't invalid... thinks like that you just might automatically be thinking that doesn't have to do with the task.

Hi, please I have an issue here... I got the email to start testing and on the process I was asked to speak some words to test out my microphone, I did it repeatedly with no results, I even closed and reopened the page multiple times but there was no improvements.... Any ideas please?

Can I do this on a phone

I think I had an issue with mine and i'm worried I might not pass :( so I got different steps for my test. I actually never got another website to review only there customer service help site and all I had to do was find a small section and basically comment how i got the answer as well how to improve there website. Would love to hear from others that possibly had the same situation as me.
