Which do you prefer to drive? Which drives better overall in your opinion?
ОтветитьI think that squat is preloading those shocks, right? Does that affect dampening?
ОтветитьYou should always keep that Camaro back there so you will be sure to always make it home. 😂
ОтветитьWow, did better than I thought.
ОтветитьPretty awesome that they have that towing capability. It would be pretty cool to see a camper behind the 392!
ОтветитьBronco has 4.70:1 gears.
Ответитьalways good video bro👍👍👍 HAPPY NEW YEAR YOU AND FAMILY
ОтветитьGreat video, that big bump you hit would be minimized by a long arm kit and some good suspension
ОтветитьBro did you considered getting the factory ford tune its giving you 50 more hp from factory
ОтветитьI don't mean to laugh, but whats that under your chin? 🤣🤣
ОтветитьThe downside to an independent suspension is how much work you gotta put in to make it "reliable" off roading, in my opinion is useless in an off road vehicle. Solid axles will never be replaced, they are the best of the best for rock crawling and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg to beef up. Which is why I went with the Rubicon and so far I haven't been disappointed.
ОтветитьThe 2024 Jeep Rubicons have a full float rear axle and the tow rating goes up to 5000 pounds.
ОтветитьThis is a great video and im sure it took a LONG time to set everything up for this test. Thank you so much for what you've done for us! Loved the video and wish you all the best!
ОтветитьI have towed with my Braptor, I did long universal timbren bump stops to avoid the squat. Taken the spare tire and throwing on the trailer helped get some of my tongue weight back. Only managed 11mpg, great video thanks for this one. You get any kind of tune from ford or another tuner you get 50 HP and another 75-100ftlbs don't even know the trailer is there.
ОтветитьAre you considering doing the tune provided by Ford on your bronco raptor?
ОтветитьEveryone always loves that exhaust note nothing else really matters sometimes.
ОтветитьGreat video as always
ОтветитьI did not read the whole title of the video, and I thought you were going to race the 392 vs. the Raptor, lol.
Ответитьsuch a thorough & outstanding video. thank you for this. I was thinking about towing my q50 on the 392. This let me know I won’t die doing so lol. but once these oem 392 brakes are done I will definitely upgrade to r1.
stay awesome
Great test and the results are interesting. So I have the same Jeep as you do, but I swapped out the gears to 4.88’s and tires to 37x12.5x17. I also have a ‘23 Nissan Frontier Pro4X N/A 6cyl, stock. I did a similar test pulling my 16’ tandem axle enclosed trailer weighing about 3500 lbs and yes, the Jeeps power makes it very effortless, but the Nissan is my choice hands down. I think it’s the wheelbase that makes the difference here. The Nissan is at 126 inches and the Jeep is 118.4 inches (per google). The ride quality is way better and for longer drives, you’re less fatigued.
