Where are you getting 19 at? I own the studio version but when i go to blackmagic website it wants to charge me again and if i log in it only shows version 18.6.6 which I already have, when i open davinci and go to update it says I’m up to date with 18.6.6

"Cheap film cameras have poor registration" really expensive film cameras are affected by gate weave, this is a well known phenomenon that gets better when increasing celluloid size, but really expensive 16mm and 35mm cameras can have bad gate weave.

19 is still kinda buggy on playback and does weird color shifts, hopefully fixed soon. Still, good on export. The look creator tool is nice for quick bleach bypass.

Resolve 19 has not been released for me... i have Resolve Studio v18.6.6 why didn't i get the Resolve 19 update??

i put 19 beta over studio 18.6.6 and I'm getting the red 'no media', i researched and used all the fixes i could find but no luck, my licence key didn't copy over either, is 19 out of beta now ? i noticed the beta download was about half the size of the 18 one, I'm on windows 10.

Thank you, nice explanation. I have a question, if you emulate a real camera in CGI you have to grade it like real film, replicate the lens effects and the Filmstock. Where you have to put the nodes? For example, at first the LUT of Kodak or else than the rough grading, after this the Lens effects and then the Film Look Creator?
