Hello, I am fascinated by your work!
I was sailing on endless-sphere and I came across your job. This fitting of swing arm is really very well thinking!
I have a small question, did you paint your swing arm with what type of painting? His rustic side, rusted, I love.

How did you get the motor sproket to be concentric with the swingarm pivot?

Great Job! Just wondering if you could say how you design and come up with the geometry of a swing arm? Any resources online : )

Really appreciate for this design..
But I have a small suggestion..
You sould of keep one more sprocket set in between two sprockets(rear and motor).
Motor sprocket connect to middle sproket,
This middle sproket connect to rear sprocket.
Reason is when we decrease the throttle (acceleration) motor stops rotation immediately(not slowly) this how ever motor works. Then the rear sprocket(rear wheel) also immediately getting slow.
If there is any middle sproket that sproket controls the getting immediate slowdown.
We don't know if we do like this POC , we will come to know when we drive.
Please comment me if I'm wrong
