Endpoint Security Engineer

Good afternoon, this is Spiller The IT Headhunter again.
Right now I am looking for an Endpoint Security Engineer for
KBC Global Services that provides IT solutions for insurance and banking.
The team is partly Belgian and partly Hungarian.
At the moment we are growing the Hungarian part of the team.
You will have to work in the so called Service 2 Employee division.
The main focus is digitalization: "your digital workplace" and the security of those workplaces.
The Endpoint Security Engineer works in the so called Unified Security Team.
The focus here is the infrastructure and endpoint protection.
To be more precise building, supporting and maintaining the solution.
As for the job and your responsibilities:
• Implement new services in Windows environment.
• Ensure the stability, performance and security of new and existing services.
• Support the internal customers with those services.
As for the requirements:
• Experienced system engineer.
• Expert level knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem solving skills in Windows environment.
• Strong IT security skills.
• Experience with security tools:
o antivirus,
o endpoint security,
o adaptive threat detection,
o host intrusion prevention,
o host firewall, etc.
• Security technologies: integration, configuration and maintenance.
• Expertise in a cloud environment.
• PowerShell scripting and query languages (SQL, KQL)
• Work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strive for improvement and quality.
• Respond quickly to unforeseen circumstances.
• Last-minute adjustments and tight deadlines.
• Ownership, flexibility, team player attitude.
