ОтветитьJust a heads up, the timers aren’t actually a full 45 seconds… they last about 42-43 seconds, so just do each exercise for a few extra seconds:)

ОтветитьWhy is everyone complimenting your workout, don’t get me wrong - it is fantastic, but only the top 1% of people should be able to do it properly. I am a youth pro athlete and despite having a monster core, I still find the 15min from this video a pure hell
