As a European who immigrated to Germany: if you can't wrap your head about the admin necessary to live in Germany, how are you going to do anything at all? Digitisation is obviously lacking, but that also goes for the migration system EU-wide. No one is in charge.

Let's forget about the issue of migrants. Think about just German bureaucracy.... it is famous for their inefficiency. Sometimes, even locals would feel 'unwanted' in the 'their own' government office. I have experienced it(when I moved out from Germany) and heard from lots of local friends. Plus, obviously, you can see biased attitudes towards migrants from some (not all) German govern officers(and often Germans feel offended when non Germans pointed it out). The system should be improved for everybody in Germany or even for only Germans(as some people said)' sake.

Germany should implement reciprocity. If a certain country allows easy access to germans, their nationals should have easy access to Germany. For instance. You cannot become Chinese. Only a son of a Chinese can be a Chinese. They dont give nationality to foreigners. We should do the same to their nationals.

If German companies wnat to operate their businesses in various countries then should aslo forced themselves to learn the respective languages of that country. If they won't learn it,then don't allow them to invest into your country. Language barreiers going to elevate their problems much. They will never able to bridge their skilled force requirement.s

I was an exchange student in Germany last year. Extending my Visa was not only stressful but humiliating. I only had to defend my thesis and leave, that's it, yet they insulted me, made me wait for months, asked me for an absurd amount of money without a day's notice, and refused to speak in English to me at the immigration office while making remarks about "how they also needed to eat and 150 euros wasn't that much" (my German friend told me this).
IHow come no one at the immigration office knew English? I can only imagine what would happen if we refused to speak English at an immigration office in Mexico. US Americans alone would start the riots.
I did try to learn German, reached A2 level during my semester exchange, but there was no way I could have handled German paperwork at this level, that's why I brought my friend.
From the comments I get that a great amount of Germans would celebrate what I experienced which honestly really sucks.

It's the first time I've seen people defending inefficient and slow bureaucracy under the premise of tradition and culture. We have that in Brazil, but if I were to choose something to illustrate Brazilian tradition, I think I would choose corruption and nepotism.

Germany should support Christian refugees ( only) coming from South America and Ukraine. Alot of Germans took refugee in Argentina and Chile towards the end of WW2.
