I appreciate this slower workout with a focus on good body control. But I do not like the part where he is trying promote internal rotation of the hips and knees. Doing a lot of movement like that can cause a vagus stress on the knees and can cause knee problems in the future. I ended up just doing regular squats during the internal rotation part because it was causing pain and stress on my MCL

ОтветитьIf the Angels do it, we can do it too!! I really enjoy this workout because it's slow BUT YOU FEEL THE BURN!! Also, thanks for the booty - I did this alternate days, no weekends for a month and my butt definitely got peachier! Worth it.

ОтветитьI just finished this exercise and I have to say that it felt really good! I felt the burn in all the right places. It might not be a HIIT workout, but it reminded me a lot of pilates! Of course, people always associate working out with weight loss, but it's so much more. Like strengthening yout core and focusing on muscles that are often neglected.

ОтветитьGreat workout video, but I get very angry whenever ads interrupt the workout-especially on the floor. You could injure yourself reaching for your computer. So, hopefully they will see this and take it seriously.

ОтветитьThis is a good workout, but ad's interrupt it alot especially on the floor and it's disruptive and can harm your body if you have to stop and skip ads. So fix this. I repeat fix this now!!!!!

ОтветитьThere is nothing like spending 35 minutes working out and only performing six moves because the pace of the workout is slower than a slug moving on a bench. It is a complete waste of time. Dude your workout is boring and unpleasant. I would burn and sculpt my body better watching paint dry than doing your workout.
ОтветитьThis is one of my favorite workouts. I definitely feel the burn in my abs, thighs and glutes. I usually do this workout in the evening for a relaxing stretch. Add ankle weights for more intensity.
