They are an endangered species and illegal to cut in the U.S.A...It breaks my heart seeing this done to this majestic tree. Len Zerlin

Something else thats endangered.... the the guy sitting there doing the carving. That lump of wood is spinning very fast and has a LOT of rotational energy. If it for some reason, came off it's pinions and hit the ground, it would instantly roll straight over the top of that guy and crush him. I wonder if he realises the potential danger he is in?
