ОтветитьVery poorly presented. It looks like all this dishes bought in a 4th class restaurant (Chipped plates, no affort in the presentation, poor description of the food!). This video doesn't represent the "real" Hungarian gastronomy! That's what you get when you trying to make a travel video on low budget and without understanding what kind of cullinary delight you could get in central Europe (including Hungary)! I would recommend for you to wach some of "Mark Wiens" videos and learn from it!
ОтветитьEverthing of this you can actually eat also in Slovalia also Makos duba (Spiska nova Ves ).Goulash ,Porkolt, Fasirt, Strudel, Langos... (Trnava,Bratislava..., daily basis), only Halasle are special. Shnitzel is filled, this is different. Turos csucza is variation of Bryndzove Halusky. I dont't give potatos into goulash . Recently i found tha goulash makes Slovaks from Leco (without sosage). Cechs makes goulash from sossages instead of pork. You can make chanel about goulash makeing and post there on after another different receipts till end of world. There are also goulash festivals

ОтветитьThe word Guylas . is from slovak word Gúlať . Also word Galusha(Spezle) former "Gulashka" also from word Gúlať . Ironically only in Hungary and Germany(In germany is probably also forgotten) is today made goulash with Galuska. Is nothing new that Goulash is Slovak origin. Many hungaric words are.
