My mom acts as if I’m the same she as she is. But then she’ll say ‘I had it worse when I was your age’ and she keeps trying to get me to clean my room. But somehow with my room messy I don’t feel depressed anymore. And the only person I thought I could trust turned me down to be with her other friends. I’m sick and tired of being the backup friend. I’m tired of people ignoring me as soon as they don’t need me. And then my exboyfriend kissed a guy while he was drunk and we took a break because he couldn’t decide on me or the other guy.

SOOO I might’ve relapsed yesterday Ngl. And my friend knows about my SH just because I do a lotta sports and they’re all shorts and tank tops ykyk. She told her mom asking about why I had so many c^ts or scars and ofc her mom told her lmao. So yea she knows and today during volleyball practice she had her sleeves rolled up into a tank top. Ofc she was trying to get me to roll mine up but ofc I can’t because I did it right on my upper arm. So she notices I keep making excuses and LITERALLY TRIED TO PULL MU SLEEVE UP, so on accident I slapped her hand. She definitely knows something’s up and I’m scared she’ll tell people on me. She asked me if I’m ykyk again and ofc I said no, but prettttyyyyy sure she didn’t believe me. She thinks I stopped in 6th grade but rlly I never did stop I just got better at hiding it.

I used to Sh about a year ago when I was really depressed and just out of it. It's sad cus my mom knew and didn't do anything about it and my brother said I was seeking attention. After that I never opened up to anyone else and pulled myself out of that mentally dark place. But now I can feel myself going back into it. I'm considering commiting before school starts cus I can't take the anxiety I get from it. I just don't wanna make my dad upset.

any birthdays soon and when I was trying to decide what to do I realized that I have a grand total of three friends

Recently I’ve been getting slightly better. I’ve been clean for over a month for the first time all year. But I can feel myself getting worse. School is started again tmr and idk if I can do it. Ik that when I go back to school it’ll just get worse again. I also have PE alone. Idk who’s in my class and I’m scared. I’m considering just skipping for the first time. Sitting in the toilets, or sitting in student support. Ik they won’t care. They’ll just tell me to go to class. But if I do I’ll be left crying while a teacher shouts at me to try harder when I’m already trying my best.

I’ve also developed an eating problem somehow. I don’t want to stop eating and starve myself but every time I eat I just feel sick. I’ve never thrown up after a meal but at this point I’m just hoping that happens. I try and put myself down. I hope stuff goes wrong for me. Bc what am I if not depressed? I don’t even know. What am I if nothing ever goes wrong? Nothing. I just want this to end. I want to be able to eat properly. I want to be able to live properly. Today was the first time I’ve eaten breakfast in idk how long and I just feel worse. I want this to end. I’m scared…
