Hello Maangchi, I've been your fan for quite a while now.
The first recipe, I copycat was your roll pan.
It was a success, me and both my kids loved it. I' ve tried a few of your other recipes, like twisted doughnuts for example.
It was also a success.
2024 is coming up, wish you all the best.
❤
Can we cook the beans in a pressure cooker?
Ответить❤😍👏😍I love Korean food!😀
ОтветитьMade this today. It was so good it brought tears to my eyes!!
Ответить아줌마 감사합니다

ОтветитьI really love to watch the way you cook
Ответить🤍
ОтветитьOh , very good . Can read Vietnamese. Thank you good cook
ОтветитьFor the potato starch power, do you use raw or cooked starch flour? Thanks!
Ответитьyummm
Ответить2022 mdr ✌🏽
ОтветитьOmg I wanted these so much but couldn't find a place selling them, thank you so much 😊
Ответитьhi, if cannot finish the mochi, need to put in the fridge, especially during summer time, the weather is too hot? if refrigerated, will the skin become hard?
ОтветитьThis is how to make jimin
ОтветитьI guess jimin will be tastey 😂😂
ОтветитьI really want to try this!!
I have never in my life eaten mochi, never knew it was so easy
But instead of cooking red bean in a pot for 1 and 1/2 hours, you can use a cooker with the whistles on for 6-7 whistles, and it will be ready in 10-15minutes!
And I think if you don't have corn syrup, take same amount of sugar and water, microwave for 5 minutes!
Easy peasyy
Jimin nickname
ОтветитьThis is my favorite mochi recipe! Your ratio is so perfect compared to others that give you stiff, dry dough. I like to substitute the water with milk, and add 6 teaspoons of nesquick. It makes the most delicious Strawberry milk mochi, and goes perfect with the sweet bean paste.❤
ОтветитьCan i replace the red beans with white beans... because It's hard to find red beans in Egypt 🥺🥺🥺🥺
ОтветитьWhat we are making now...... You were doing before 2012................... LEGEND
ОтветитьOmg she didn't change at all she looks so sweet and lovely
ОтветитьI love her omg!!!! I came back to watch this video and its still cute in 2021
ОтветитьImo you are so cute 😘i love your recipes ,if I get chance to come Korea ,am i welcome in your house?? I badly want to teast them ❤️
Ответить2021?
ОтветитьMochi jimin❤️
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьI dont have the ingredients for the red bean filling, but I have the ingredients for the rice cake exterior so I tried making that but my mixture was a liquid before putting into the microwave while the video shows it as a solid so I'm wondering where I went wrong. I used the same measurements too. Also, my rice cake after it came out of the microwave and was kneaded and rolled into balls didn't taste sweet, more bland and plain so I don't think 1 tbsp sugar is enough if you're not going to be using the red bean filling.
ОтветитьMy favorite ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьOMG! Thank you for this. You explain so good and nice. My 4 year kid has some major allergies. I will try to do this for him tomorrow. 감사합니다!
ОтветитьI tried to make this once... with kidney beans! I failed (duh). Maybe I’ll try it again.
ОтветитьHow long can i store this? Is it okay to put this in fridge? This doesnt need to reheat?
ОтветитьMochi is Japanese style chapssaltteok
ОтветитьThis is how Jimin was made hhhh. Btw, I am Moroccan, I died to taste Korean mochi, and here I am I am going to make them myself. It was a affective recipe. Thank u ❤
Ответитьthe sweet rice flour that you are using for this recipe is it the same rice flour that you use it for making rice cake Garaetteok?
ОтветитьHello Maangchi, ✋🏽. 😃 Please can you tell me if we can freeze the bean paste once we have made it? Also is Vanilla extract a traditional ingredient in making the Chapssaltteok? I have the beans ready and cooked... but I don’t have the glutinous rice flour. I don’t want to spoil the filling to spoil till I can source the correct flour. 🍡
ОтветитьLet's make Jimin😂
Ответитьwhy for steamed roll's do you soak the red beans for 10 plus hours before cooking and making them into a paste, I a little confused
ОтветитьThanks you recipe, I love mochi . Are you using raw flour on the surface? Can it be eaten?
ОтветитьCan someone plz help me? 🥺 I tried to make this dough 3 times in a row but failed everytime😩😩😩 when I microwave it, it just gets really strange up to where I can break the dough in half (so it's not at all a sticky texture) and I tried microwaving it less high and less long but the same results... and I do have the right flower (it even says "for desserts" on it) does maybe someone know how to cook the dough in a pot or something? any tipps are very welcome (I just want my mochi 😭😭)
ОтветитьI came because of JIMIN 😅
Ответитьthankyou!! Got a recipie to make jimin!!!
ОтветитьWow you are looking like kpop idol😅
ОтветитьHow many ARMY's come here because of our baby mochi Jimin🐥😂💜
ОтветитьI found a normal recipe for simple sweets, I will try to cook something this weekend. I hope it works. Well... I'll try to cook Jimin 🤞
ОтветитьBusqué esta receta por meses. Oficialmente te amo. Gracias por existir.
ОтветитьIs there any alternative for red beans😁
ОтветитьAm your big fan,from India❤️
ОтветитьI followed your recipe and the red beans were so wet after adding the sugar and corn syrup. It was soupy. Followed the exact measurements for the 찹쌀떡 and that was soupy as well. Might check the ingredients
ОтветитьMaangchi,
What can be used as a replacement for glutinous riceflour.I can’t find glutinous rice flour or glutinous rice grains near me.
