I think the robot guy is the first beat in alpha and he has been hidden all this time and now is here to save them all the accessories on the incredimen are actually force on them tne triangle robots are actually alien technology and the aliens took control of the incredimen except one and that guy has the power to save them all the city is probably from alive

I think that this is the dystopia lore:
Everyone in the start are polos but in v2 the last bonus character says that he dont like how the world is changing.
in the v3 there are some robots, and later more robots are appearing, and in the last bonus of "Alive" you can see how to pyramid are infecting people, and the phrase "but the money you came for is not a friend" means that the pyramid followers give money to polos if they put the robot parts (in this case the VR) and in the v3 we can see for first time the pyramid and in the v7 we see the last polos that arent robots and they needed to emigrate to the desert escaping of the pyramid followers but in v8 we can see that everyone are robots or cyborgs and the "lead" of the original version k1ll humself to return everithing to the normally, actyally the phase of the second bonus of brazil says “Hey man, you has come!” that probably means that the brazilian people acepted someone of the pyramid in their territory and in the v7 the second bonus says “he sayd that that dream is live” that means that her dream with the pyramid.

My theory about the Dystopia world :
Alpha is a race of humans living on a beautiful land called Dystopia. But one day, a powerful army of robots came to take over this land, the Alpha race was resilient but still overwhelmed by the terrible power of the robot. The entire land was swept away, only a few lucky people survived, they gathered and formed a revolutionary team to regain their land. The robots have built a giant pyramid to maintain the energy source for the entire empire. The Alphas were captured by the robots and transformed by them to serve the empire. The revolutionaries tried many times to break into the pyramid to destroy its energy core, but the guards everywhere in the city made it almost impossible, many people have captured and transformed by them. But after a period of research, the Alpha people also successfully built a robot that can hide in the city. It was sent into the city to carry out its mission. The guards couldn't catch it because it had the ability to glide over objects very quickly. it goes to an empty area and there is a stealth ship waiting there. It drives the ship straight to the pyramid. The guards spotted it and gave chase, they fired a device that sucked up the ship's energy, when the ship was about to run out of energy, the Alpha robot used the energy used to disable the pyramid to disable the guards. the Alpha robot finally got inside the pyramid, the alpha robot used all its energy and destroyed the core of the pyramid, the whole city and its robot inhabitants stopped working . Sunlight once again returns to Dystopia
