This is a Titania Prime Build. Specifically, a Titania build. What do I mean by this? The DPS and KPM comes from Titania's original kit, including her exalteds Dex Pixia, and also her archmelee, yes, Diwata. And even her Razorflies. In fact, her Razorflies are probably the strongest tools on this kit, and alone can reach 90 KPM. Together, all 3 of these weapons today allow this 2023 Titania build to hit 110-120 KPM on Steel Path. It has a few alternative options, and easily CC's and shield gates. Yes I know it took an entire month to dust off the build and finally finish the video, but here she is!
