when my friend joins the server vmenu is stuck downloading for him and the download keeps resetting. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When I spawn the cars thay come without keys so I can't store anyway around that?

hey I hope you respond but I did everything in the vid but the problem when i tried booting the server it said it was offline and i relised I need to turn on the cmd the START_ and whatever when I clicked it it said The system cannot find the path specified.
