If my wife’s income for the most current last year only is 30k but for the other two years before her income is lower than what they need, in this case should we need a cosponsor or my wife she’s able to sponsor me by herself ? Many thanks for any help
(She needs to sponsor only me because we still didn’t have children)

I have a question regarding joint sponsor. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thing is my mom will be the joint sponsor for my husband and I barely started working around July myself so that mean I won’t probably make enough tax return. My mom live in her boyfriend house basically and bills does not come under her name even if she does pay rents sometimes and she have no obligation with his two children( both age 20-22) but they all do live together. So my question is do they need to be included in household size still and will that affect our joint sponsorship situation?

Please i need your help. I petitioning for my mother. I i filed that she had a previous marriage. She has no record of the marriage. The ex husband died 30yrs ago. So there is no document to up load. Is it ok to put not availabe? N/A.

Can you please address my last question? My my wife worked in another country outside of her home county for 2 years after 17 year-old, does she need to go back to that country to do a Police Clearance Report as well?

When you are applying for adjustment of status for parents already in US, do you recommend to put all their applications in one enveloppe to be mailed to USCIS or do you recommend to mail them into 2 separate FEDEX/ USPS/UPS enveloppes with separate tracking numbers?

thank you so much for your helpful videos! I lived as an aupair in the US for 9 months (after the age of 16 of course). So I pprobably need police records from the US aswell, right? I am not sure how to get these records. Can you help?

My wife As a US citizen and step mother to my son who lives overseas has filed I-130 for him in june 25 2022 .My wife and I got married in september 2008 while my son at the time was 16 years old. Based on many videos i watched specially your video my wife can apply to sponsor my son but since almost 2 years since she applied for him we havent recieved any respond from the USCIS. can you please explain why till today after 2 years havent heared anything from the USCIS? thank you so much for everything, Skander

Do you have a video about police records for NVC? I read on the NVC web site that if the person has lived in the US they don't need a USA police record. My lawyers are asking me to get a police record from Palm Beach County. I lived there long ago. But why do I need to bother trying to get that document if it's not necessary?
