In my country we have only few old dogs sometimes in shelters. We have a piggy bank at the cashier in most grocery stores so that customers can donate some coins for the local shelter if they want. That's our only tipping policy.

People here have made profit free charities to transfer dogs and cats from shelters in Spain, Latvia, Russia etc. and fund the care the dogs get there and offer guidance and sterilization for free for the pet owners there. We take dogs even if they haven't been trained and work on with their fears and train them.

If one country don't have homeless dogs but most people want to adopt then cooperating with other country's charity is a good thing.

That's the dog that caught my eye when you showed several of them.
I thought that he would be the first pick for people who want to adopt.
