Why did he cut it into 6 pieces and glue them back together? He could have just cut 6 lines and inserted the darker wood pieces to divide it into 6 equal sections and drill holes for numbers…?

Seems like these turners are just doing bragging rights. Seeing how far out they can go. I think Saturday I’ll go to a box store and buy some resin. Then submerge my four Rolex’s into the resin. Maybe throw in an Apple Watch.
