Pizza Tower Pacifist Challenge - Pizzascape - 4/5 Toppins, Tower Secret Treasure (READ DESCRIPTION)

Back at it again with another Pizza Tower pacifist challenge, this time on Pizzascape

Yes I know that two Cheeseslimes get killed by Gustavo. This level is most likely possible without killing them, but this was my best run, as it's very hard to not kill at least one of the three Cheeseslimes in the one room with the Knight transformation

Challenges for Pizzascape specifically:
- Accidentally killing an enemy with the Knight transformation
- Getting kicked into enemies by a Pepperoni Goblin
