my external audio device (Steinberg UR22C) simply vanishes from audio devices and then re-appears, its like there is a loop between it and the high def audio device

Cool, I was having a dumb moment, disabled xbox wireless headphones in win11 settings hoping to enable it to get the test button back and forgot about control panel✌

I recently installed app for headphones and it somehow uninstalled everything for my speakers for lap top. I downloaded the drivers via laptop website. Driver Easy is saying that the driver is there but is unplugged. The speakers are not listed where you showed. Any ideas on how to "plug" them back in? it is Realtek if needed to know.
