Egg bhurji masala | dhaba style egg bhurji recipe | annda bhurji

Ingredients for egg bhurji -

Butter-100g
Eggs- 6p
Capsicum-1/2(chopped)
Tomato-1(chopped)

Coriander powder-5g
Green chilli-5g
Chili powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Tarmaric powder-1tsp
Salt-2tsp

Process-
1)First put butter in a pan then fry onion, capsicum and tomato in it.

2)Once it is fried, put one shot in it. Fry the eggs well

3)when it is fried, add all the powdered spices in it.

4)Finally garnish with coriander leaves & green chilli.

5) ready & enjoy
