Congratulations! This is one particularly cute baby! I had the same happening to me, leaving 2l of blood in the hospital, without intervention even more. Good for being in a hospital! Could’ve lost more blood if not for the right medication! There are ways to prevent this at the next birth of they know in advance that this has happened before!

Yes, definitely. The hospital saved your life. Having a home birth could be a beautiful experience but if a emergency should arise time may not be on your side to make it to the hospital unfortunately. Good job Ayla on requesting to go to 5he hospital.

You are doing so well, nursing your girl after the placenta situation. I lost around 3Litres of blood and had blood transfusion too and it was the scariest part but you are so brave an strong!!

That's what happened with my third child. I almost bled to death. I've lost 3,5 liters of blood. It was a scary experience. I'm glad you were in the hospital and you were able to get an immediate help.

I just had a baby last week and remember seeing this video when you first posted it. I had to come back to watch as I experienced the same thing after having a c-section with the bleeding and team of nurses and doctors rushing in. It was pretty scary and I kept falling asleep during all the chaos and had no clue what was going on! Funny how a week after as I’m still sore from the c section, I would do it all over again from IVF to experiencing complications after the c-section!
