Dragon Age: Inquisition - Ferelden Lock Fix - NO CHEAT/NO PATCH!!

Follow me as I complete this nuisance of a quest. I use a load trick to get the much needed ELUSIVE FERELDEN LOCKS that don't spawn because the Mages and Templars are no longer found fighting in the Hinterlands! It takes 5 minutes!
"All you have to do is make your way to Dwarfsons Pass Camp, and head northwest to Widow Maura's house. Go inside then run out about 5 steps, now save your game and reload. Now keep heading north into the trees, there should be at least two templars fighting mages; if not reload and try again."

I have over 400 hours of completionist-playing Dragon Age: Inquisition on PC. (I like to explore!) I have found all of the hidden quests published to date, and have completed all but the final main quest, but not this because the stupid locks would no longer appear in the game. Here's the simple fix!
