but here i feel much attention to colors and patterns of the props that a huge value of the composition
Ответитьsuper
Ответитьi read from the right to left, and weight on right side feels way more balanced 🤣
ОтветитьI’ve always wondered why I like to frame more interesting things to the left!! 🤯 thank you!!
ОтветитьYou’re an excellent teacher!
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks so much!
ОтветитьThe egg plate being on the right is more appealing because it where the eye eventually stops. Working in graphic design and advertising for years, putting the most important element on the right was a sure way to insure that things will be noticed... Just because we read left to right it doesn't mean that the eye rests there. The left of the page is usually where the book seam is and that's never a place where you want to put your most important focal point. So, top right is always better for visual interest because bottom right actually requires a head movement (I know... the lazier the better)
ОтветитьReally great video! Thank you
ОтветитьUr gorgeous lady❤❤❤ i didnt hear a word at first few minutes... Then i went back to hear it... I was busy observing you😂
Ответитьso good
ОтветитьHey. This is so cool. I really love your content. I am almost binge watching every video. It is really nice of you to put up the basic things that one actually ignores or forgets to keep in mind while doing food photography. I only wish I knew your channel much earlier. Nevertheless, I am going to try out all of these compositions bit by bit everytime I do food photography. Thank you
ОтветитьI am still learning and have questions such as how do the other rules play into this? Like the rule of thirds or leading lines? Or is it different in food photography?
ОтветитьI honestly can't believe what I'm watching: a straight to the point, informative, BS free lecture about actual technique. This is extremely valuable and so so rare in the era of nonstop gear review, endless filler, and re-explaining the same basic principles over and over and over in popular photog YT, and I love it. Thank you.... Jesus christ, my brain can actually enjoy content. Do you know how many times I've clicked on a video that looks like it's saying something informative just to have some dude bro's whole point be "use a larger, more diffuse light source and buy Squarespace"
ОтветитьThank you so much for your videos. In my opinion food photography is much more closer to painting, than photography itself. The control we have over an image and especially the time we have to compose an image. It would be great, if you do videos on composition, but from a painter/photographer point of view. Thank you!
ОтветитьOmg I did not realize LTR vs RTL made such a huge difference. I would have never guessed! Thanks for sharing this.
ОтветитьThis is awesome! Thank you. 🙂
ОтветитьI very much like the personality and style of presenting as well as the content. Really welcoming.
ОтветитьGreat video thank you
ОтветитьGreat advice, but I think if feeling balanced is subjective based on your culture then maybe nothing is really actually fully balanced because then the only people that would agree with you are people with the same upbringing. Where as something thats really balanced should be objective, in my opinion. Like the reading right to left and left to right example. Who am I to tell someone that reads right to left, that my composition is balanced but there's isn't, if there's is just the flipped version of mine.
ОтветитьThanks! Joanie💕love from 🇮🇳
U are so helping nature...🙂
Tjis is such a huge help..
ОтветитьYou are an excellent teacher 💕💕
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing these knowledge! ❤️ Your channel is such a treasure box!
ОтветитьLoved the tip about reading direction! I'm an American living in South Korea and me and Korean friends both read left to right and we all tend to with more leftward weight in our instgram photos.
Ответитьmost imp for food photographers , but still they need brain to apply = with aesthetics
ОтветитьWill you tell the book name?
ОтветитьThank you very much
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьSo balance is not just important for Star Wars Force?, LOL. Seriously, thank you for your very approachable teaching style and making harder topics easily understood by beginners & novices. And balance is important in so many other skills/topics in life.
ОтветитьSo very informative and yes it all made sense what you talked thanks heaps appreciated Happy Easter

ОтветитьThank you for everything you do .A short video of your camera setup before shooting this kind of tutorials would be much appreciated. Everything looks so sharp .
ОтветитьThats absolutely very very informative, really like this kind of video, im still learning for my food photography also. Thank you very much for this complete explanation 🥰
ОтветитьGreat video, I just love the way you explained those composition theories 👌

Ответитьwhos here because of school
ОтветитьVery good learn so much
ОтветитьThis has been one of the most interesting and eloquent explanations on composition I have ever seen on any channel. I mean, hands down.
ОтветитьYou are amazing ❤❤❤
Ответитьmy left eye was feeling strange when the big plate of boiled eggs was on the left. When you flipped it I felt amazing HAHAHA
ОтветитьSee, this is why you wrote a book: "there's not a lot of food" :)
ОтветитьI read from right to left but when you flipped the image it didn't seem right to me either
Maybe that rule works more for some elements in the picture than another or maybe coz it's the same picture and it's flipped that maybe when the plates are placed from right to left and are put in the same composition and the photo is taken it might give more balanced picture
I don't know i am just thinking 😊
Great video, with a lot of usfull information!!! Thx :)
Ответитьi don't even do food photography and i m learning so much from you :))
