I was just debating on the latest video of RevReads, whom Flowers associates with and has been on his show. RevReads said that babies are born innocent like Adam and Eve in the Garden. He said Luther was wrong about the ability to resist sin. Sheesh, Catholicism would be an improvement.

I’ve read a lot of comments and it sounds like most have not been to Soteriology 101 or could articulate the view of provisionism.
What White says about Leighton is 100% false. I really don’t understand the slander… Leighton treats White so kindly.
I challenge people that are reformed to go watch the videos and understand what’s being taught rather than accepting this man’s slander against a brother.

Thankyou James for your honest comments. I also am concerned about Leighton and his constant criticism of biblical truths. His exegesis is of grave concern. Pelagius, a British monk who preached in Rome AD 401-9 denied the need of God's grace to keep God's commandments. His followers believed that so called free will emancipated man from God.
They were on the slippery slope toward Universalism. You cannot get anymore unbiblical than that. Rejecting God outright leaves a man floundering in unbelief.

Sorry but that was such a manipulative way of hearing something and interpreting it out of context. Right from the start the manipulation happens and the rest of this commnetary is based on a false premise. Dr Flowers clearly implied that this was addressed to believers ( people of the church) and Yes, believers DO love Christ.
Dr. Flowers is 100%. correct. That's the premise. You took that and made it sound like Dr Flowers was saying that God chose out of sinners those who love God. If anything the letter does not promote unconditional choosing. Eother way you look at it, it does not support Calvinsm.

White has mastered the straw man argument. Flowers never makes those claims and doesn't condemn the sovereignty of God. What flowers is saying is that God doesn't create people to love him so he can elect them, but rather men are GIVEN A CHOICE to love him and there by are the elect. I know flies all up in the face of White and these nut job reformist. The reality is if God has to regenerate you before you can have faith, if God has to elect or damn the universe because he lacks the foresight to see beyond mans choices, and a God creates a creature who would never chose God, mystically changes his heart without his understanding of why because of election( look it up) and then that person can have faith in order to please God. Did you hear about the recent video where Leighton and two other guys said that Calvinist parents are like the parents in the Bible who sacrificed their children to Molech? Yup, some open theists said it and Leighton smiled and nodded. This is getting out of hand from their side.

I thank the Lord for Dr. White. I live in Brasil and even though I was able to buy his books. Everytime i have doubts reggarding doctrines i ask the Lord for clarity and guidance. I ask for answers and that He does not let me fall into error.

Everytime i do this, a find Dr. White's videos explaining the exact point i have doubts.

Leighton Flowers is one of the worst adversaries of Mr. White.

Really, he is miles miles behind James's capacity, scholarship and knowledge.

Of course we love God because he first loved us. But that doesn't mean that he controls us. He gives us freewill to love him back. Either way, he still loves all people. But that doesn't mean all people will be saved.
