If you have a BRP card, use it to create your evisa account. Never try to use your passport to create your account

details mismatch in ukvi account.. mistakenly created wrong expiry date of brp..now i am unable to edit it ..your help would be appriciated please help

so need update ukvi account? or same old account (old brp number)is use to evisa?

I have being doing the same from last couple of days , it shows information submitted successfully on the App and asks to disconnect and continue on the web portal by signing in again by it shows that i have to redo the "Confirm your Identity" its like a indefinite loop . Not sure whats the solution

I don’t have a surname. So most of the time I give my full name in both given name and surname. While creating my uk vi account also I gave it the same as the surname field is mandatory during account creation. The next step of accessing the brp chip is also finished. But while logging in for doing the final steps it’s reading my name from brp as surname and given name is nil showing the account created and details read from brp chip is mismatching. What should I do in this case

I’m facing a problem with my evisa
Firstly I don’t have a surname so, When I created my UKVI account I put my first name as my given name and my full name as my surname. So, what happened is in my BRP there is no given name there is only surname which is my full name. In the place of given name it’s just blank.
So, now I want apply for a new visa and when I do that I can’t confirm my identity because when I confirm my identity with my BRP it’s saying that the identity do not match with the account details. Which is because of my first name I put as my given name on the UKVI account.
What can I do now
How can I change my given name on the UKVI account? Could you please help me out?

Hi a month ago i i created the ukvi account with my passport because the app couldn't scan my BRP, when i view my evisa , it shows my info, photo and settle status,but no passport, when i try to link it ,it says you cannot, because you opened the account without a document,any help, thank you.

I got an email from UKVI saying my e visa is ready to view. When I logged into my account to view it, it says “ we cannot show proof of your status” even though I got an email saying it’s ready to be viewed.

Now, I’ve received multiple emails from the UK immigration office saying I you can view your e-visa, but when I log in, it shows “We can’t show proof of your status.” Additionally, when I try to log in, it says I’m already logged in, but I’m unsure what’s happening.
