Can I Extend My Spouse’s Work Permit if I Mark Them ‘Unaccompanying’ in My PR Application?

Hello Kubeir, can we have the reason of "If I include my spouse in the pr application, I will not be eligible for the current round of invitation" as a reason for non accompanying spouse. My spouse is on sowp currently, living in Canada with me.

The spouse work pernit can be applied for any path?
