Runtime voxelization of procedural content for 3 dimensional a star pathfinding. Sounds kinda advanced, but it's actually not that difficult. At least now that I've figured it out, because otherwise it is such a big hassle...

The game: A survival FPS game set in a frozen wasteland where you're being attacked by raiders on your way to save a colony from freezing to death due to the permanent winter. Protect the vehicle and keep it fueled.
