No VHS, a Christmas miracle!
ОтветитьYou guys have some awesome fans, those are awesome gifts. The amount of amazing content you give us is definitely a gift that you give us.
ОтветитьYesssss…. Come to the light, EJ. Your vinyl collection awaits.
ОтветитьI have been collecting vinyl records since I was in 10th grade (2003) and have hundreds at this point, I love the hobby! When you guys discuss your enjoyment of VHS, I relate to that love of the inconvenience and intentional listening with records. An experience that digital music can’t replicate!
ОтветитьDefinitely talk her into making coffee at home, it's such a ripoff and waste of money to always buy it outside.
ОтветитьWho cares about VHS, bring back tapes!! 😅😅😅
ОтветитьThere's not too many guests, we need more variety of guests, some guests you can guys can clout chase off😂😂 I know hbomber guy watches who else can you get lol
It'll never happen but I would love to see Justin or anyone from screenwave do like a serious genuine interview with you guys like honestly, he obviously loves the cinemassacre truth it would be genuinely interesting to hear him talk about the production hiccups and some of the weirdness of the channel.
As someone who drinks coffee from 6am until 4pm, hearing someone not having a coffee maker in the house is like finding out they don't have an indoor toilet
ОтветитьThats not a (Wiley) coyote its a (Ralph) red wolf.
ОтветитьTalk about Luigi.
ОтветитьI found you guys with the first AVGN vid. Watched since. Keep doing what you do. I'm along got the ride. Merry Christmas to both of you, your families, John, and the slobs.
ОтветитьI don't know if you saw the new nerd Christmas special? It was so bad, I couldn't even finish it. There is a joke in it though that James admits going bald. Would love to see you guys talk about it
ОтветитьWhat other novels would you like to see get a muppet adaptation? I'll start. Muppet Lord of tie Rings.
ОтветитьCharles Grodin delivers the performance of his LIFE in Great Muppet Caper!
Gloria Watches Hamilton Muppets Reaction Stream 2k25!!! 😛😛😛
Say YES to VHS! 📼 👍🏻
Or any dead media like laser disc lol
Happy Holidays Ej and Frankie!
For me, the only issue with your VHS videos is how late you are to collecting VHS. Other than that, I enjoy the videos a lot.
ОтветитьMuppet Christmas Carol is the best ever version of A Christmas Carol.
ОтветитьA bunch of years back I saw Jesus Christ Superstar on stage with the original Jesus from the movie, Ted Neeley. It was a good time. Herod was performed by an understudy that night, but they killed it. It was their time to shine.
ОтветитьHave you watched the muppets show about Dr teeth and the electric mayhem yet? It was good!
ОтветитьBig coffee and vinyl fan btw
ОтветитьFrankie I feel like a simple cortado could change your worldview on coffee
Paired with a nice VHS of course
The real Muppet Xmas vinyl is the one with John Denver
Ответить"...You'll be hooked on the MARLEY brothers"
ОтветитьI had no idea the Muppet Christmas Carol ever cut the "Love is Gone," song because I only ever watched the VHS version. That's some additional VHS love from the comments. Katzenberg also wanted the Brizzi brothers to make everyone smiling in their Moby Dick board revisions. So, yeah... Katzenberg made good decisions with the look of the Dreamworks studio and it had a decent lunch. The rest of his choices, well...sometimes he got lucky and other times he got a Quibi.
ОтветитьEJ, if you go down the HiFi rabbit hole, check out Techmoan. He has a playlist just for audio stuff.
I'm not from the US so I can't say for sure, but I imagine that the quality of the discs you would get from Walmart would be atrocious, and a lot of modern vinyl is mastered very badly. It's definitely a Buyer Beware hobby.
I have a Rega Planar 2, into a Sansui qrx 6001, and MS40 monitors. It's really finding a balance for your ears, and whatever you listen to, expensive isn't always the best. I'd look forward to seeing you put together a system, an EJ style video about that would be great.
The Great Muppet Caper is the best Muppets movie.
ОтветитьNo VHS? Unsubscribed lol jk
ОтветитьMOAR VHS!!! Does Junt have a collection?
ОтветитьI don’t know man, you are certainly making a lot of VHS related content but I think it’s a interesting and unique topic so I don’t mind.
But I believe you need more guests on the podcast. More Junt, Jason or Nina please
I agree vhs tapes need to be backed up or a lot of great content will be lost. I’m currently trying to digitize video tapes of cartoons I taped off of tv that aren’t available on dvd. Stuff like Spider-Man the animated series, Darkwing duck and a lot more. I spent a lot of time in college trying to tape complete shows. I know what you’re thinking, but surprisingly my girlfriend still married me. I would love to see you guys make a video on the best way to digitize vhs tapes. I’ve been reading a lot of mixed reviews for the capture devices you can buy.
ОтветитьI love the George C. Scott Christmas Carol, it's the one that auto-fills in my brain when I hear the title. For a 1980's TV movie, it nails it for me, it's so creepy in a way I can't describe. It must be because I saw it so young. The only shot that doesn't work is when Christmas Future laterally slides across the frame in the graveyard, dude looks like he's on a segway lmao
Ответить"You can feel up Yakko."
Goodnight, everybody!
Never drinken a cup of coffee in my entire life. I did used to like coffee ice cream as a kid.
ОтветитьEagerly awaiting the Glitch Gremlin review 😅
ОтветитьDo either of you guys collect vinyl records beyond novelties? I'd totally be into seeing a record collection if you're up for it.
ОтветитьThe Jackalope is the second or third most wholesome cryptoid. Next to Bigfoot and Chupacabra.
ОтветитьMerry Christmas Red Cow! 🐮 🌲
ОтветитьMerry Christmas! Disney's Christmas Carol with Mickey has a soft spot in my heart. The slivers of beans really drives it home. Haven't watched that story in a while. Should start with the Muppets again. I got some good forged knives by a korean blacksmith, a nice kitchen apron, some golfballs and golf gloves and 3 records. Rolling Stones Let it Bleed, Boston and Creedence Clearwater Revival Bayou Country. I do need to get a better turntable because mine will skip in the middle of the last song of every record and it's really frustrating because there are some bangers at the end and you it starts skipping just as the song starts getting good.
ОтветитьI absolutely love all the VHS talk!
