I feel like Riot are struggling with their "budget" skinlines. They somehow need to design a bundle that is and looks cheaper than a 15-20€ skin, but also doesnt look as "bad" as a battle pass skin.
Maybe just adding different shooting sounds would do the trick... Not even a finisher, just a single VFX upgrade for sounds and maybe bullet tracers
