ОтветитьWhile this workout had my heartrate up as expected with HIIT, I think the repeater moves could have been a bit different as they seemed to slow me down. Still a good routine overall. Thxxxx

Even though we do some moves more then once , your not doing them back to back .i feel like it makes the wo go fast . Hope their are more of theses summer shreds wo .
