This was very very good! I love the weights with the hiit format and not a lot of equipment. Thanks for all your workouts, I am and have been a huge fan for a while.

While this workout had my heartrate up as expected with HIIT, I think the repeater moves could have been a bit different as they seemed to slow me down. Still a good routine overall. Thxxxx

yes low impact, just going from one weighted move to the next, total body for like an hour. btw how often is it safe to do these types of workouts in your opinion?

Good morning , I really liked this wo , i did this two days ago but forgot to write my post. I love all the moves . Even though we do some moves more then once , your not doing them back to back .i feel like it makes the wo go fast . Hope their are more of theses summer shreds wo .
