Interesting many years ago Dev said he liked Def Leppard and indeed you can hear those Leppard moments occassionally in his work. I'm not surprised that he'd eventually have something along those lines. Looking forward to it. He also mentioned he'd like to do a Blackwater Park type album one day but maybe that has come and gone. If anyone can mix clean vocals and death growls with precision and do it very well, it's Hevydevy.

The end statement about eliminating options so you can focus, that is so true in my experience, unfortunately we live in a culture that instructs us to leave our options open all the time and never commit to anything, I think it's a fear of getting "trapped" or something, you end up living a mediocre life and miss out on the really deep things.
