Im surprised to hear jurors thought ARCCA were hired by insurance. After hearing their history with the military and the NHL I would assume they were hired by Toyota Lexus to see if the taillight breaking was a problem for recall before I ever thought insurance.

Replay Crew. I haven’t completed all of the testimony from Friday. But I do recall Dr. Welcher’s test was based on a glancing hit to JO’s arm from the side of the tail light. IMO there is no way a glancing hit would cause the damage to KR’s Lexus.

First time watching the case. Im extremely frustrated by the Commonwealth and the treatment of Karen Reed. The expert testimony on both sides show me how much foul play has bren going on. I believe Karen.

My biggest problem is my bias. I kind of wish it was my first time watching so I could tell if Brennan was making headway with me. It's been so hard to push down my bias

What about those instruments that can break a windshield should a car crash underwater. That will be small enough to conceal, but enough to possibly shatter this light. They didn’t test other theories as what could break this light. What about a rock being thrown at it as opposed to a glass?
