Too bad he's a QANON crazy...
ОтветитьI grew up a massive Lakers fan and Stockton was an absolute killer.
ОтветитьI've been arguing with people about Stockton on Facebook. They don't have a lot of basketball knowledge. I think Stock is underrated. I have him as the number 3 PG behind Magic and Isiah.
ОтветитьYou throw him on those Lakers or Celtics teams…he wins 8 rings plus
ОтветитьThey call him dirty, but only because he wasn't afraid of taking a charge from a bigger guy
ОтветитьGreat video about one of the greatest legends of the NBA.
ОтветитьTHE ORIGINAL POINT GOD!
ОтветитьWait stockton didn't even start his first three seasons and still holds the n b a record in steels and assist? And people out there talking about Lebron's.A better passer than john stockton? 😂😂😂 Lebron would have to play another 20 years to beat the Steals.Record and assist record
ОтветитьLot of players he played against say hes the best point guard ever...That says it all..
ОтветитьStockton was a hockey player playing basketball.
ОтветитьThe #1 reason Stockton gets zero respect is because of his skin color. Plain and simple.
Ответить"Dirtiest player?" That's the battle cry of guys who weren't good enough to play at Stockton's level. Dirty players, I refer you to Detroit Pistons. Stockton never tried to hurt you physically, just mentally, and that's not dirty. That just makes him better than you, so stop your whinning
ОтветитьResting heart rate of 35 bpm!? That is unreal. A Tour de France rider has a resting heart rate of 37-42 bpm.
ОтветитьSIXTEEN SEASONS he played all 82 games. 7 YEARS IN A ROW he started every single game and in that span averaged the most assists in the NBA every year!! The all-time leader in steals and assists and likely no one will ever come close to either record. He was a machine
ОтветитьThe fact that Lebron is only three spaces behind him all time in assists with 40,000 points is ridiculous
Ответитьhe was so fun to root for all the way through
ОтветитьHe'd figure out how to shoot the three then be elite today.
ОтветитьJohn Stockton is simply the best PG ever and the numbers support that fact. There isn't a reasonable argument against to be had.
ОтветитьEven retired, still better presence on the court than Lebro
Ответить😂kendrick made me come here.
ОтветитьWho's here after kendrick mentioned John Stockton
ОтветитьMost humble man in NBA
ОтветитьA cultural song brought me here
Ответить"i'm finna pass on this body , i'm jhon stocktin "
ОтветитьWhy when you google All time Assist record does Chris Paul come up? The F is wrong with google?
Ответить"i'm finna pass on this body , i'm jhon stocktin "
Ответитьas a bulls fan, stockton is definitely a scary opponent, the 3s are killer..
ОтветитьIt took Kendrick to make me look up these memories. I grew up with my pops SCREAMING at the TV over Jazz games...🤦♀️🤣 Ah! The good ole days.
ОтветитьI know nothing about basket my favorite sport is football but i watch a lot of others sports and for some time now I have been enjoying watching the play offs but nothing more , your channel help me to know some legends of that sport . If anyone have some way to learn about it more I’m here for it
So keep doing your amazing work man , be safe
First discovered Stockton from the 1988 roster. 30 years later rockin the purple jazz jersey!
ОтветитьLittle John Stockton, little John Johnny Stockton 🗣️🗣️
ОтветитьGreatest Point Guard Greatest player to never win a championship he has a gold medal playing for The Dream Team
ОтветитьDefinitely The Best player for The Utah Jazz
ОтветитьTwice in a row in the finals against the finals they lost both but that shows how at least they made it 96’ 97’ 97’ was the flu game
ОтветитьLived in Utah and started watching the Utah Stars, Whom became the Utah Jazz Stockton was MVP every year and every time he was in the limelight he would decline and give it to Karl Malone 👎 Whom went to la and averaged 2 points per game.. proving it was John Stockton Whom was the Jazz all star ever. 👍❤️💯
ОтветитьI hate it when young Generation under estimate the old school legend.they are the standard that the new player try to surpass. .
ОтветитьAs a Rockets fan since the twin towers era, I have no problems admitting that John Stockton is the best pg of all time. As much as I despise the Jazz (solely because of playoff rivalry), I can't knock the tenacity in which he played the game.
ОтветитьHaha Durant and Lebron at an advanced age 2 years ago and both are still dominating. Exercise science is so good. This is why you Americans general public Americans age so fast what you call Advanced age us exercise scientists call peak. 40s is youth now. Younger than 20s in a fit person in the 80s. 90s is an Advanced age not 34 and 38 at the time when they are prime haha Sad perception
ОтветитьNowadays getting one season of playing 82 games is a career highlight for majority of players nowadays. He did it for 16 seasons
ОтветитьStockton is like 3 headed Gleeok in TLoZ, he always kicks your ass most of the time.
ОтветитьHe was really good but not better than Isiah Thomas
ОтветитьHe had the approval of wilt!!!
ОтветитьJohn Stockton's work ethic is very unique. As rare talent he is John clearly that undderated
ОтветитьBra the music at the start reminds me of Muhammad Ali
ОтветитьBelieve it or not, JS was one of the best players to EVER play the point guard position seriously.
ОтветитьEven Magic said that anybody who wants to become a point guard should learn to play like John Stockton.
ОтветитьIt seems that Stockton's overall IQ, not only successful improvisation in games, was really high. Because he was preparing himself years ahead of coming to prominence by any chance to stay there.
🍺🍺🍺🍺
So that's basically like Kobe Bryant, but learning new things five years before they actually might happen.
😂😂😂😂
Very very very very good and he would destroy all the combo guards today and stands out as the one and only pure point guard.
ОтветитьWeird thing is, I don’t remember too many John Stockton commercials or endorsements. Malone either. Is it because they felt they were too good to make a couple bucks like everyone else? Or maybe the companies knew nobody liked them.
Ответить
