I agree - a picture window at the end gives you more furniture placement options. And I'd do the fridge behind the front door, with a clothes closet under the water heater, add an upper cabinet above the toilet tank for linens & toiletries, and put storage drawers under the bed.
ОтветитьCan we get one of these on a Spencer lot?
ОтветитьDoes one have to supply the container or does ITH get them? Can a plug be added to the corner behind the door and put the refrigerator there? A regular door at the end instead of the sliding glass door?
ОтветитьAny chance you have thought of using the 53 foot intermodal containers? You could get 2 bedrooms on single level living.
ОтветитьI really like this as an option for a property where you might leave for months at a time, so I might move the door to the end and put in a window on the other half of that end. Then I might move the living room windows a couple feet away from the end because I think when the metal doors are open they might block the windows.
The other change I might make is to move the water heater down to the floor. I initially thought the fridge could go on top, but someone mentioned making it a closet and I like that better and the fridge could go on the other side of the partition.
The kitchen and bathroom are both good, although I would add a cabinet above the toilet for towels and bathroom stuff.
Depending on the property it ended up on, a roof deck would be the thing
I would keep the sliding door and maybe fab up a folding deck inside the doors. When you park, you open the doors and lock them open, fold down the deck, instant patio.
ОтветитьGreat looking ITH Container home.
ОтветитьGood morning from Syracuse NY Randy and Amanda
ОтветитьI like the 20' container; I'd like the panels like the mini-ace. I wouldn't want all that wood on the walls and ceiling.
ОтветитьIt's really nice, but I would prefer flooring that was a match with the color of the wood walls, not gray.
ОтветитьI would put a full glass door on that end .. Murphy bed... DONE 😊
Ответить💕 ITH 🏡🙏🏿🤗
ОтветитьStorage is the most important thing when going tiny. Add a regular container slide-out, storage, more storage, replace the water heater with tankless, replace all that pex with pex type-A, add propane, and solar panels on the roof.
ОтветитьRandy, you Amanda, and Ace are amazing, I am originally from Sevier County Tennessee and I have been watching you three for years, Your company is awesome and doing wonderful things, Wishing you all the best always ❤️
ОтветитьI like the sink.
ОтветитьLove how this looks inside and out. Super nice it's like the incredibox, but with 4 extra feet, makes all the difference. ❤
ОтветитьIf I were you all…I would eliminate the wall that’s on the side of the water heater. Make ie it a barn door or hidden . That way it opens it up for walkers or whatever. ❤
Ответитьwhat type of trailer does it use? Weight?
Ответить"... kinda like it's been around the block." 😳
Literally! 😂🤣🥰👍
👍🏻🏡👍🏻
Ответить👍🏻🏡👍🏻
ОтветитьOmg another new favorite of mine! 20 ft
ОтветитьI'll take one or maybe 2. But in a year or so. Do you deliver to east Texas?
ОтветитьWho is with team "Claustrophilia" ? I know I am ..lol 😜
ОтветитьMy friend ordered a 40ft container from you, and 1.5 yrs later they are just now getting to it, is that the usual amount of time it takes? I know it's made by amish off your site. Just wondering, not critiquing
ОтветитьVery nice, Randy and Amanda. Have a beautiful weekend. 💕
ОтветитьLove ❤ it
ОтветитьMurphy bed
ОтветитьHow much does this container weigh? My jeep will tow 2000lbs
ОтветитьAWESOME, LOVE IT ❤️
ОтветитьInsulate? What is it? How thick? R value? These are very important issues. Why don’t to explain it in video?
ОтветитьGive us a tour of the white one next to it!!! 🙏
ОтветитьI like these cuz they are so heavy during storms & u can tie them down. & I love all the wood! Not much storage tho. I guess if u don't have much it's fine. But I love the lofts!👍✌️
ОтветитьMr,JONES if you complete your owner owned subdivision homes and lots i feel if you require that the homes be not too small mixed with much bigger ones to avoid people not wanting to buy in. A regular home subdivision usuely requires the same or close sq. footage to avoid to small homes mixed with big homes etc.
