In collaboration with Ten-Eight Memes & Ten-Eight Podcast, Master George Rego demonstrates a few useful jujitsu techniques for Law Enforcement and general self-defense.

In the first of three techniques, Rego Sensei demonstrates a basic arm-drag technique in order to immediately establish positional control of a subject who is aggressively reaching at the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO).

Rego Sensei was in interviewed on Ten-Eight Podcast, Episode 302, titled, "The Discipline of Martial Arts." The podcast and this video series was recorded at the Jukido Jujitsu Academy in Palm Coast / Flagler County Florida.
