ОтветитьAs a prospect, why lie to me that you've been fixing blah blah in my neighborhood just to make a darn sale? I would appreciate some honesty then I'll buy. I've been a homeowner for 4 years now and it seems like all sales men went to the same school... using the same "your neighborhood"... line

ОтветитьThat’s great and all.. But when someone repeatedly says no thanks I’m all set and is trying not to be a complete dickhead when someone is standing on their porch trying to sell them whatever BS, learn to walk away. The pushy tactics will spread in the community faster than whatever shit ur selling ever will - don’t be a dick.
Get a sales job where people contact you inquiring to buy a product like normal people instead of grifting off of this crap. 🤦🏼♀️
There is many situations in life that will be uncomfortable and can be an opportunity for growth, but this isn’t one of them.
Just piss off when told not interested. i hate cold callers.
ОтветитьDoor to door Sh!tbag
ОтветитьHow about you just leave people in their homes alone
ОтветитьShow love action like Taylor McCarthy
ОтветитьA company here in Colorado is telling me they offer knockers $5k per deal. Is this legit? Seems wild. He says his guys make anywhere from $20k a mo to $100k a mo. Sound legit?
ОтветитьI just started a D2D sales job for a communications company just over a month ago and it's been rough. I'm in an area where the people are very resistant to change and it's been over 100° this whole time and people get upset at having to even open the door because it's soo hot. I'm not going to hit my quota of 22 sales by the end of the month but I want to get better at this cause this job for me is make or break at the moment. I've tried doing the compliment thing and that will open them up a little bit but as soon as I start talking about services they shut down and say "no thank you" and then shut the door. I used to do D2D sales for a pool company and never had any issues due to how receptive the people in the area were. How do you break the ice with people so resistant to any kind of change?
Ответитьthe compliment method does not work in milwaukee lol
ОтветитьSales person in me 😮
ОтветитьHmm, but most anyone who has half a brain knows when you're just giving a compliment to them just to butter them up,,,, moreover I don't embrace discomfort, I just let it roll off my back and move on, by the time I've gotten halfway down the driveway; I've already forgot about it,,,, nor do I plead my case. I tell them what I got and what I can do for them and the value of it.
And getting a no is a great thing per it will put you that much closer to your next sale, good luck to all....
I kid you not the second “I’m not interested” objection I got on the doors I used this word for word and I closed him!
ОтветитьYou respect it and walk away
ОтветитьWatching these videos makes me learn how to reject d2d even more. Lol
ОтветитьPeople like you have convinced me to just keep acting amenable and friendly but evasive to solicitors.
You've parasitized the social contract, and I intend to waste as much of your time as you'll let me.
How about you just leave when you are told no?
ОтветитьGuys… if you’r walking door to door selling a service, just talk to them and get to the service you’re selling. I know it can be intimidating at first, but most people hate being pulled away from what they are doing to answer the door to an unsolicited sales pitch. If they say no right off rip don’t start complementing the trees in his yard. Thank them for their time and move on. And most importantly don’t go buying any courses that “teach you” how to close a deal at the door. There is no magic formula. If they seem interested and are asking questions, of course expand on what you can offer, but don’t “see how long you can keep them at the door with you” after being told not interested. I promise, regardless of how receptive they may seem, you are more than likely annoying them. Most people aren’t dumb and understand that’s what is being done to them. I would understand if they came to you asking for an estimate and you showed up, but if you’re pushing a service on them that already know they don’t want or need it’s a different story.
ОтветитьGreat info
ОтветитьHow bout you just respect folks when they say no
ОтветитьYou’re the equivalent of a human mosquito.
ОтветитьI get discouraged mainly because the boss fires people if they don’t get a lead n a week. Believe my pitch is bad. I’m gonna keep going until my boss fires me. I have not been doing it for about a week.
Ответитьbooo
ОтветитьWow how do you deal with that. When someone tries to kick you OFF YOUR DOORSTEP!? I think you got mixed up their
ОтветитьWrong, it depends how they say no. If they aggressive leave it don't waste time, time is money just move on. Use your judgement some of what he is saying is OK but in general people are not rude. What this guy is saying is OK but you need to get in their home first, I'm talking from a gas and electricity salesman point of view. Humor important but be professional 1st. How you deal with door to door sales depends on what you are selling. There is no complete situation. Some people don't need humor they need facts some need humor you need to judge the situation. Role play 100% and have a script to start with.
ОтветитьI have never seen a sale come from a no. Only thing it does is annoy people.
Ответить@a b Anderson idk if youll see this but yes I'm still doing this, the difference is i always set up opportunity to networl and go to events , i meet up with presidents and vice presidents of different developments so that they can have chair/ table and anything else I need ready for me when i arrive, i print flyers and hand them out or keep them in my table for ppl who passby. Im growing my team weekly and i dont want to stop buikdin my team and my teams, teams - because they need to expand too....We have different programs to offer. Energy campaign is definitely 1 of them. Get sturdy on sales then recruit heavily to continue momentum.
ОтветитьNEVER ANSWER THE DOOR!
ОтветитьJust started and I’m nervous I’m not gonna meet their expectations my second days tomorrow and I’m honestly soooo so nervous 😬
ОтветитьSenior marketing manager at the company I work for and I play your videos every Friday for my boys to get them motivated great videos!!
ОтветитьSay :
“Oh I’m sorry! I don’t mean to offend or anything. I’m not even sure we can help you out. I’d need to know….. (insert question)
Most homeowners act like door to door sales people are trash, when in fact, they're the scumbags.
ОтветитьI'll slam the door closed after saying, no thanks. That's because my income is low. Salesman doesn't understand that.
ОтветитьOur company uses your program. Struggle is knocking 6 months after a storms. Need help
ОтветитьDo you need a peddlers license?
ОтветитьAnyone ever tried this one? —> “I totally understand you not being interested. Can I tell you who is interested in us chatting real quick? Your roof. Every time I go by here, your roof is screaming, “Please talk to my owner!” …
Ответить"Personal Development." Please, I beg of you, people can tell when you're trying to manipulate them. This makes people despise you.
ОтветитьOr, hear me out, get off someone's property when they tell you no and tell you to leave.
ОтветитьHow about you stay tf off people's doorsteps? If i need a new roof, I'll call someone.
ОтветитьScumbag lowlifes do this for a living..
ОтветитьJust do it guys
ОтветитьStep one, find a company with hot leads and stop cold calling/door knocking and wasting time.
ОтветитьIf you get rejected, you should go off yourself, instead of bothering anyone else.
