ОтветитьI’d recommend doing some hip flexor work before going into sprinting if you don’t already train them. They’re neglected by most bodybuilders. I ran some sprints for the first time in a couple years after putting on 30lbs of muscle and pulled both my hip flexors, could barely walk for a day.
