Wash Brussel sprouts. Dry well. Cut in half. Large ones may need cut in quarters. Toss in olive oil and salt/ pepper. Lay flat side down on foil lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Move them around on the pan. Add craisins and walnuts. Return to oven for 5 to 7 more minutes. Remove from oven. Transfer to bowl. Toss with vinegar and maple syrup.
