Varesa is just Lumi from WuWa but thicker and her animation a bit off? Well not really, it fits on Genshin's theme while Mavuika riding a motorcycle doesn't fit on the theme at all.

They missed the opportunity to make Maviuka ride a drone/robotic like Phoenix powered by a phlogiston kinda like Green Goblin. In that manner it will fit the Ancient Dragon advance tech and the Genshin's main theme

lets see... i need xilonen... however i do need to get iansan on my squad... so gonna try to get her... however due to her 4 star status she is basically gonna be in the standard banners also... which is to my relief that is... though on the other hand... hoyoverse does have a nasty habit of phase switches... they did that with certain characters so i deduce that theres a small chance otherwise 50/50 they do a phase switch last minute... ....further intel is very well needed.. like more of it
